Founder member Fiona Egan, a qualified accountant, with over 20 years experience in Accountancy and Business Administration, brings a wide range of experience to clients business applications. She provides a comprehensive service in terms of advice, guidance, and support on procedures in areas including book keeping , management accounting, payroll and office computer applications. Fiona has developed a range of finance training models specifically designed for the smaller business. This quality training and support service is directed to Commercial and State organisations involved in individual and business development. Fiona holds an Honours Certificate in Training & Continuing Education (1999) from NUI Maynooth , is a registered FAS trainer and a TAS Accredited Trainer (2001), one of only 30 in Ireland.
Orla Leydon is an experienced trainer, mentor and business manager with more than 20 years experience having worked in challenging training & senior management positions both at home and internationally and has a track record of project management, operational achievement, change management and a sound understanding of continuous improvement. Orla is a qualified NLP practitioner and Coach with a Degree in Management (Hotel & Catering field)and a Level 5 National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) in Operational Management (equivalent to Degree Level) and also holds a selection of units in Level 3 NVQ in Training and Development (equivalent to Diploma level). She is an accredited psychometric profiling professional and uses a number of psychometric tools including the People Mapper, Jung Type Indicator, and the 16PF to assist in the development of individuals. Orla also holds a Diploma in Employment Law from The Law Society of Ireland.
